Food4Lives was founded in 2017 by 12 Georgia Tech and Emory students. Their original goal was to serve Atlanta’s homeless population with fresh vegetarian meals.

Approaching the homeless, we discovered painful truths. These individuals wore tattered clothes, suffered from the effects of substance abuse, and endured the harsh elements. In addition to their other struggles, we learned that many of the unhoused feel forgotten and ostracized from society.  

Our mission is to serve our neighbors experiencing homelessness and remind them that they are cared for and loved.
